       We offer mid-week rates to business guests Single Occupancy, non-holiday periods
Business rates: $115.00 (cozy rooms) and $145.00 (deluxe rooms), per night plus lodging tax 
Included in the rate is a cooked-to-order breakfast from 6:30 to 11:00 daily
Second person in same room at additional charge

• In-room Complimentary WIRELESS internet access (bring your laptop)

• In-room Private line direct in/out dial telephone (unlimited local calls)

• In-room Complimentary breakfast delivered to guest room 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM

• In-room Climate control - The absolute ultimate technology with individual private control

• In-room Flat panel TV/DVD

• In-room MP3/CD/alarm clock radio

• In-room Work space with table, two chairs and good lighting

• In-room Personal amenities, hair dryer, iron and full-size ironing board

     The Deluxe rooms have  

• One king bed  (Bradford also has a twin hide-a-bed with an innerspring mattress)

• Extra large whirlpool or soaking tub, and ceramic tiled shower

• Microwave oven and mini-fridge

• Private patio or enclosed sun room

• An on-site cooked-to-order breakfast delivered to guest room at time chosen by guest

• A five minute walk to fine dining and trendy eateries (most usually close around 8:30 PM)

• Late night and flexible check in times

• Check in begins at 3:00 PM

• Check out by or before 12 noon

• FAX service (fees may apply)

• 24 hour ice, hot water and chilled bottled water

• Lighted On-site guest parking (no fee to park)

BUSINESS GUEST RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Business rates are for one person only

• Second person in room is additional rate

• 8% lodging tax is additional

• Holiday, weekend and special event periods excluded

• Must give a valid credit card number to reserve

• Must cancel by/before 9:00 AM day of arrival

• Cancellation Fee imposed beginning with 2nd cancel/change within a 6-month period @ $45/room/night

• Multiple rooms, multiple nights may have restrictions

• "Extended Stay."  Please contact the inn for policies and extended stay rates

• Business rates are non-commissionable
