license to offer liquor, including beer and wine, whether
complimentary or not. Bradford Place has elected to not obtain a
liquor license. Additionally, Bradford Place has elected to not
secure liquor liability insurance. Guests may responsibly consume the beverage
of their choice in the privacy of their guest room. Alcoholic
beverages shall not be
consumed in any public area of the inn, hospitality room, parlors,
porches, yard, grounds or parking
area. It's the law.

Bradford Place welcomes guests of all ages, however, GUESTS UNDER AGE
18 are
not able to make a reservation. They must be accompanied by a
parent or other legally responsible person while at the inn. It's

Reservations, INN POLICIES and other

PAYMENT.
MC,
VISA, AmEx, or personal check (guaranteed by a valid credit card).
Checks must be received within seven (7) days of the reservation
request and at least three (3) days prior to arrival.
An
advance pre-payment
equal to the first night or one-half of the total amount, whichever
is greater, will be charged prior to arrival. Any balance is
due upon arrival.

OCCUPANCY TAX. County
occupancy tax is 8% and is additional to the room rates.

Cancellations
received with the required advance
notification will receive a 100 per cent refund. Cancellations
received with less than the required notification cannot be refunded
unless the rooms are resold. We do not over book and therefore
we cannot make any exceptions.

If you request early check in when you make your reservation and the
inn is able to accommodate your request, your room will be
guaranteed by 1:30 p.m. and a staff member will greet you upon your
arrival.

plus 8 per cent tax is taken for a maximum of two
guests arriving early and will be included in the pre-payment.
There are no refunds of the early check in fee regardless of the
time you actually arrive or with less than three (3) days notice
prior to your arrival date. We are not able to grant early
check in to more than one room.

SORRY, NO GUEST PETS.
The inn provides two pets. Their names
are Josh and Kody, our two kitties. They are not allowed
inside the inn. If they are in the mood, they will be waiting
for you in the inn's parking lot and will show you to the inn's
front door. They are spoiled rotten and rule the innkeeper
room. You are wise to make off-site accommodations for your pets
because Kody, especially, does not do well with other animals.

THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS.
When two or more rooms are reserved by one
party for friends, family or co-workers staying at the inn, we will
hold the reserved rooms for a period of 48 hours only so that all
parties may confirm their individual reservation with pre-payment
directly to the inn. Unconfirmed rooms remaining at the end of
the 48 hour period will automatically be cancelled and the rooms
will be placed on open status for a minimum of three days.

GROUP PRICING.
We are not able to offer group discounts. A 15% service fee will be
added to the regular rooms rates.

EVENTS AND SPECIAL EVENTS OCCASIONS.
Bradford Place is not available for special events, weddings, etc

GIFT CERTIFICATES
are no longer sold through Bradford Place. We recommend
purchasing gift certificates from California Association Of Bed And
Breakfast Inns (CABBI) and may be purchased on line at
www.CABBI.com
