STATE OF CA LIQUOR LAW requires that any lodge, inn, bed and breakfast, etc. must possess a liquor license to offer liquor, including beer and wine, whether complimentary or not. Bradford Place has elected to not obtain a liquor license. Additionally, Bradford Place has elected to not secure liquor liability insurance. Guests may consume the beverage of their choice in the privacy of their guest room. Alcoholic beverages shall not be consumed in any public area of the inn, hospitality room, parlors, porches, yard, grounds or parking area. It's the law.
GUESTS UNDER AGE 18.  Bradford Place welcomes guests of all ages, however, GUESTS UNDER AGE 18 are not able to make a reservation. They must be accompanied by a parent or other legally responsible person while at the inn. It's the law.
